Crimpable Hooks
Crimpable Hooks from TP Orthodontics are the first slide-proof archwire hooks to accept force loads equal to a welded hook.
In fact, lab tests indicate that it takes almost twice the amount of force to dislodge a TPO Crimpable Hook from the archwire as compared to other competitive hooks.1
Two Distinct Types
A tungsten carbide inner coating prevents TPO Crimpable Hooks from sliding when cinched tightly
onto the archwire. This abrasive coating grips the wire keeping it in place.
Ribbed Crimpable Hooks have a tiny rib on their inner surface that locks onto the archwire when placed. These "stay put" hooks attach securely and accept force loads nearly equal to a welded hook.
For best results, use on .016" x .016" through
.022" x .028" wire.

Use with Crimping Pliers
Power Crimping Pliers facilitate quick and simple positioning of Crimpable Hooks. The unique V-notched beak grips each hook perfectly for easy application using only one hand. The pliers are crafted from surgical grade stainless steel and have a Never-Mar finish for added surface durability.
Convenient Purchasing Options:
